1. Who we are
Avantos Gens is a community Minecraft Gens and Skyblock server operated by the Avantos Gens team. Store payments are processed through Tebex Limited.
2. Playing on Avantos Gens
You must follow the server rules, staff instructions and the safety systems used by the server. Cheating, exploiting, scamming, harassment, ban evasion and real-money trading outside the official store can result in restrictions or loss of access.
3. Store purchases
Store purchases are digital Minecraft server perks, ranks, keys, boosts, currency or other virtual items. They have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Enter the correct Minecraft username during checkout.
- Some purchases may require the account to be online before delivery completes.
- Perks may be adjusted when the server is updated or rebalanced.
- A purchase does not exempt an account from the server rules.
4. Bans, mutes and restricted access
If an account is banned, muted, reset or restricted for breaking the rules, access to purchased perks can be lost for the duration of that restriction. Permanent enforcement can result in permanent loss of access.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Contact Avantos support through Discord before opening a payment dispute. A chargeback can restrict store and server access while the case is reviewed.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the server available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, bugs, balancing work or resets can affect features and availability. Prices, perks, rules and these terms may be updated when necessary.
7. Minecraft and third parties
Avantos Gens is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft names, accounts and platform services remain under their respective owners.
