Join Avantos
Java players connect directly. Supported Bedrock players use the same address with port 19132 and join the same hub.
Select your edition and follow the connection sheet.
Accept the Avantos resource pack when Minecraft asks so the custom menus and icons display correctly.

Open Minecraft Java 1.21.x
Choose a current 1.21 version from your launcher before opening Multiplayer.

Open Multiplayer
Choose Add Server from the Java multiplayer screen.

Enter the address
Use any display name and set the server address to
play.avantosgens.com. -
Allow the server resource pack
Set Server Resource Packs to Enabled or accept the prompt when joining. It is required for the custom menu graphics.

Join and create an island
After entering the hub, use
/islandto open the island flow and begin.

Open a supported Bedrock client
Windows and mobile clients that allow custom server addresses can connect directly. Consoles may require a platform-specific custom-server workaround.

Choose Add Server
Open Play, select the Servers tab and find the option to add an external server.

Enter address and port

Save and join
Save the server entry, connect and follow any sign-in instructions Minecraft shows.

Join and create an island
Open chat after reaching spawn and use
/island.
Confirm the Avantos entry before joining.
The Java multiplayer list should show the Avantos icon and server message after the address has been entered correctly.

Connection timed out or cannot resolve hostname
play.avantosgens.com, without https:// or spaces. Restart Minecraft and check the Discord status channel for maintenance.Outdated client or outdated server

Bedrock cannot connect
19132, update Bedrock and try another network if the current Wi-Fi blocks external game ports. Some console platforms do not expose custom servers directly.
