1. Data we process
When you use Avantos Gens, the service may process:
- Minecraft username, UUID, IP address and connection logs.
- Gameplay data including progress, balances, islands, ranks, punishments, chat logs and delivered purchases.
- Discord username, ticket messages and attachments when you contact support.
- Basic website and store information such as browser, device, cookies, visited pages and security logs.
2. Tebex and payments
Payments are processed by Tebex and its payment providers. Avantos Gens does not receive or store full payment-card details. Tebex may process name, email, billing details, IP address, Minecraft username, order ID, fraud-prevention data and payment information under its own terms.
3. Why data is used
- To run the Minecraft server and save player progress.
- To deliver ranks, keys, boosts and other digital perks.
- To answer support requests, appeals and purchase issues.
- To prevent cheating, abuse, fraud, spam, chargebacks and ban evasion.
- To maintain security, backups and service reliability.
- To meet legal, accounting or payment obligations where required.
4. Data sharing
Avantos Gens does not sell personal data to advertisers. Limited information may be shared with services required to operate the server, including Tebex, hosting providers, Discord, security tools, payment providers or legal authorities when required.
5. Cookies and third-party services
The main website is a static information site. External services such as Tebex, Discord, hosted fonts, hosting security or analytics may use cookies or similar technologies for checkout, security, functionality and fraud prevention.
6. Retention
Data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for operation, security, support, purchases, legal obligations, backups or dispute handling. Purchase and enforcement records may be retained longer where needed to prevent fraud or ban evasion.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or export personal data. You may also contact your local data-protection authority. Requests must contain enough information to verify the relevant Minecraft account or order.
8. Children
Where required, younger players should obtain permission from a parent or guardian before making purchases or account decisions. A parent or guardian can contact support if they believe a child submitted data or made a purchase without permission.
