Do ranks stack? Do I lose Gold perks if I buy Diamond?
Higher ranks include everything from lower ranks — Diamond gets all Gold perks plus its own. You don't lose anything when upgrading.
Are ranks one-time payment or subscription?
One-time payment. Once you've bought it, the rank is yours forever — across server resets, season changes and updates.
Can I gift a rank to a friend?
Yes — at checkout on the store, you can specify a different Minecraft username than your own. The rank applies to whoever you specify.
What if I bought wrong / want a refund?
Refunds are handled via Tebex within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven't used most of the perks. Contact us via Discord for refund requests.
Is buying a rank "pay-to-win"?
Ranks give faster progression (instant farm tiers, higher auction limits, flying) but no direct currency or item rewards. Free players can absolutely top the leaderboard — they just need more hours.
How do I claim my rank after purchase?
Tebex automatically applies the rank when you log in. You'll see a chat message confirming the upgrade. If something goes wrong, ping staff in Discord.
